Microhphone Audio Coming Through One Speaker in Exported Video

Question

So a friend was watching me edit in Premiere Pro (we were on Discord and I was sharing my screen) and he said my microhpone audio on his end was coming through one headphone. I didnt realize this because for some reason I hear my voice on both headphones. I also didnt realize the audio level monitor at the bottom right was only going up on the left side and not the right as well. The problem is I already exported the video and therefore the desktop audio and microhpone audio got combined into one audio track and my voice is only coming out of the left headphone. How do I fix this issue?
