Microphone issues with premiere pro 2019

Just bought a razer pro 17 UHD specifiaclly to run adobe premiere pro 2019, I do a lot of 4k and UHD drone footage, So i shelled out 4K to do 4K ironically enough. Problem is I cannot voice over or use my blue yeti at all. Ive tried verything to no avail. I get never ending echo making it unusable. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Got to Preferences > Audio and check the box for Mute Input during timeline recording:
