Migrating transitions from Premiere Pro 2018 TO Premiere Pro 2019

A recent crash on Premiere Pro affected my Sapphire Transitions. I still have them in AE and in Premiere Por 2018 but not in Premiere Pro  CC 2019, they appear in my Video Effects and they don't work. I am afraid and re installation may screw the transitions in all versions. Is there a way to migrate this transitions from 2018 to Premiere Pro 2019? Or should I do as Tech support suggested and just use Premiere Pro 2018.

I am on PC  Windows 10.
