Mise à jour en attente

Bonjour,

Je constate depuis quelques temps que mes mises à jour photoshop, premiere pro, illustrator etc sont en attente. Je ne peux ni les annuler ni les ouvrir. Cela dure depuis quelques semaines et ça me bloque dans mon travail. Avez-vous une solution ?

Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.
