missing button to publish in adobe directly from premiere pro 24

Hi!

I'm trying to export a video from premire pro 24 and upload it directly in my adobe stock contributor´s user account, but i cannot find the option described in the tutorial i've seen on the web.

Has this option been removed or am i missing something?
