Missing custom saved presets export in Premiere Pro after downgrade to previous version

Whenever I downgrade my Premiere Pro to the previous version, all the custom saved presets in the export section are missing. It's empty when I try to locate it in the Media Encoder -> Presets folder. Is there a solution to this or did I do something wrong? Am I the only one have this problem? How can I locate all my previously saved custom presets or is all of it it's missing, I looked in the Presets folder, but it's empty.

Prefs and presets are saved per-version of Premiere/Media Encoder to avoid issues when new features are added with require new preferences. When upgrading, you have the option to copy/upgrade your prefs from the previous version. But since you are downgrading this is not an option. It's not recommended but you could try manually moving the respective files into the folder for your version but it's not an approved workflow.
