Missing deReverb audio effect

I can't find the deReverb effect in Premiere Pro. I am using the 12.1.2 versions. I believe there is a newer version but my Creative Cloud desktop app is not giving me the option to update.

Turns out I needed to update my Mac so that I could update Premiere Pro to vers 13.1.4 which does have the DeReverb effect

If you dont see the latest build which is 13.1.4 log out of the CC desktop app and log back in or reinstall.
