Missing Essential Graphics folder in C/Username/AppData/Roaming

Everything I've read so far says the location of the MOGRT files is:

C/Username/AppData/Roaming/Adobe/Common/Essential Graphics

BUT I ALSO have an Essential Graphics folder in C/Program files/Adobe/Premiere 2018 that appears to contain mogrts.

Is this wrong? Should I put them all within Roaming/etc?

I'm also trying to work through the mogrts getting stuck at 72% or crashing upon importing into Premiere. Cache cleaning, etc.

I have both folders, so my thinking is that's normal.

What do you mean by "working through" the templates?

Thanks, Jim. Many folks - including me, have had a variety of troubles opening mogrts a made in Ae in Premiere, relinking mogrt files and finding them. Unable to Add Motion Graphics Template to My Library

Search for "mogrts" in the forum and you will see more.
