Missing export format settings

This are the settings i get to choose from (i use cc 2021)

i want to have a YouTube format but i dont have one

And these are some settings i found from other premiere pro's.

What am i doing wrong/What can i do to get those settings?

Legend

After selecting the H.264 in the Format line, you then go to the Preset option below it to get to various options within that Format.
