Missing font

Hey folks. I've been sent a cut of a video with this text. The person who made it can't be contacted at the moment and I need to find out what the font is, but no font finder (including Adobe's own) can ID it. Any help would be really appreciated! 
The original video was made using the latest version of premiere pro.
