"Missing msvcp110.dll file"

I've used my Premiere Pro a thousand times. I didnt change anything or delete any files. When I try to open the premiere pro app its says "Missing msvcp110.dll file"

I've already uninstalled Premiere. I've tried to use previous versions of Premiere.

Has anyone else encountered this?

That is a Microsoft problem, so you need a Microsoft solution
Go to the Search bar at the top of http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/ to find and re-install the C runtime, or for ALL Windows help
-or direct to https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads

This is not helping, It doesn't help and Premier Pro won't start

Could you try repairing C++ files from Windows Contorl Panle (Go to Control Panel and double-click them). If that doesn't help, try updating your GPU driver.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,
