I tried to use a color change effect in the effect column, but I couldn't find that effect. I think this problem is missing the plug-in, how can I solve it?

Correct answer Ann Bens

If you are on a Mac the effect has been deleted from the program.

Alternative you can use Color Replace.

If so, can't I use the effect even if I downgrade Premier Pro?

Hi, 지돌,

Since we have the Media Replacement feature now, I've been making .mogrts in After Effects for obsolete Premiere Pro effects. Not as convenient as drag and drop effects, but at least you can still apply the effect inside Premiere Pro. You can also try a dynamic link with the clip to apply the effect in After Effects. Try it out.

Yes, you can also try using a previous version, like v.15.4 for certain obsolete effects that are working there.

Thanks,
Kevin
