Missing top toolbar (After effects)

So, hello, today I was trying to do a rotoscoping effect. However, I can't find the top toolbar.

Mine looks like this, but it should look like this:

The toolbar is missing for some reason, can someone help me, please?

Window>Tools

You may also try Window>Workspace>Reset...

Most likely the tool panel was closed accidentally.
