Missing workspace/toolbar at top of PP window 2025

Question

I'm trying to follow this video, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y5omL1O61No hoping to reset my workspaces above my timeline so i can click thru them. Already reset to saved layout but when I click the Window tab, Workspaces is not visible or clickable under Tools.

Welcome to the community! That video is from an older version of Premiere Pro. In the newer version, there is a new Header Bar, which is used to select different modes (Import, Edit & Export) & to select an editing workspace. Please refer to this link to learn about the new Workspaces & header bar. Hope it helps. Let us know if you have any questions.
