Mixing uneven FPS makes everything worse.

Premiere just can't handle a sequence with uneven framerates mixed (e.g. 50.00 fps + 29,97 fps).

Once I drop a few effects on clips, it's done. Just freezes for a few seconds, then unfreezes, untill I scroll back to that section where mixed framerate clips meet, and freezes again.

File type doesn't make any difference, it can be even 720p 422 proxy

Am I the only one? Nobody had ever talked about it.
