MME Device Internal Error (NEW ISSUE?!)

So recently I've encountered error MME Device Internal Error on Adobe Premiere Pro and have currently tried the following

• Changed to No Input
• Deleted Media Cache
• Installed New Driver for NVIDIA
• Installed New Updates for Windows
• Allowed Access to Microphone in the Microphone Section Under Privacy
• Installed ASIO4ALL onto my PC and Rebooted
• Windows Troubleshoot Audio (Nothing Came Up)

My best guess is that with the new windows update I downloaded last night something messed up my OS because I can't even watch YT Video on my laptop anymore because of this, so if the community has any answers about this.

POST EDIT: THE ISSUE IS SOLVED!!!!!!

 Go to Settings --->System--> Sound --->  Troubleshoot

Run it and the Get Help Bot will test your software. The issue itself doesn't lie with Adobe, but with your PC.

Hope this helps others :), although before this do everything bulleted first in case.
