Question

MOGRT file error

Why do some of the MOGRT files not load on the timeline in Premiere Pro? I cannot find the solution - could somebody please help? I have tried updating the app, restarting, and playing around with the settings. I have also tried resaving the file from After Effects. Additionally, I cannot open the MOGRT file in After Effects nor the .aegraphic file for some reason.

Hey @Anjuuuuuuuuu,

I am sorry you're experiencing this error. This is a weird one that is seemingly random; I've been tracking it with no repro thus far, so I hope any information you can give me can finally allow us to get to the bottom of it.

  1. Premiere Pro version number
  2. Operating system and version number
  3. Did you create these mogrts?
  4. As @Peru Bob asked, does the dialog issue happen just with your own created mogrts, mogrts that ship with the app, or with ones from a 3rd party?
  5. Did you move your mogrts at all (like from one folder to another? From a library copied to disk? etc)
  6. Does the dialog issue happen to the same mogrts if you use a previous version of Premiere Pro?
  7. Does the dialog issue happen to the same mogrts if you use the beta version of Premiere Pro?

If you created these mogrts

  1. What is the Adobe After Effects version number used to create the mogrt
  2. Where are your AEPs located? (on disk, cloud location etc)
  3. Where are you exporting your mogrt to? (Local Templates Folder, on disk, cloud location, or a library)

Can you DM me a mogrt that throws this error and the original collected AEP (if you created it)?

I know that's a lot to answer and check for, but it will help me immensely in diagnosing.

Cheers,

Theresa

Are they ones included with Premiere Pro, Adobe Stock, or other?
