.MOGRT Files

For some reason, in Premiere Pro I cannot drag .mogrt files to the timeline: not purchased files, not free files.  They are installed, I see them when I browse, I am following the instructions that came with the files, but I'm at a loss of what to try next.  I have the most recent version of AE and PR. I am new to these applications and I am quite frustrated that every time I sit down to try to learn a little, there is ALWAYS some issue.  Can someone help me?
