MOGRT files to heavy for preview, is it only me?

I started testing Essential Graphics on Adobe Premiere, but somehow they're to heavy when doing a preview.

I've tested AE Sport Package and there is a red render bar. When hitting Space Bar simply it is almost nothing moving on preview monitor

Well I've done some research and as I've seen everything should be ok:

Render: Mercury Playback Engine GPU Acceleration (CUDA) is on

Graphic Processor is set to High Performance NVIDIA processor

And my laptop is not from the worsts Asus n750jv  17"

• Processor. Intel® Core™ i7 4700HQ Processor,
• DDR3L 1600 MHz SDRAM, 8 GB RAM,
• NVIDIA® GeForce® GT 750M
• Windows 10 64 Bit

Do you have this kind of trouble or it is only me?
