.MOGRT media offline in AME, yet exports fine from Premiere.

Hello, brains trust!

When queuing MOGRT assets in AME, the MOGRT appears to be offline. When exporting directly from Premiere, the renders work fine.

Premiere, AME and AE versions are all 2023. I have trashed preferences, cleared the cache, reopened, and restarted the computer but I am still having no luck. I can see that this has been an issue people here have posted about before but it seems the fix most have suggested isn't working.

Any help would be appreciated.
