.Mogrt on different frame rate than the original template misaligns some elements

So i have a YT Subscribe animation that i'm giving away from free on my Payhip site. When the premiere pro sequence is 60fps (the original template made in AE is 30fps), the profile picture gets misaligned and for some reasons shows the original PFP even if you've already replaced it with your in Essential graphics panel.

First picture is with 30fps sequence and second is 60fps.

Any idea on why this error occurs? Is there a way to fix it in the .mogrt or any work arounds?
