Mogrt placeholder doesn't display correct video

I created a mogrt in After Effects 2025 and exported it, no error messages. I imported the mogrt into Premiere 2025, no error messages. I replaced the placeholders using the Replace from Finder feature. I preplaced the 1 video and the 1 image with the exact same video and image that I used in after effects to make the mogrt. I then went to edit with the mogrt. I used the “Open in Timeline” feature so I could put in a new clip into mogrt. the clip played exactly how i wanted it to in that timeline that was inside the mogrt. When I closed that timeline and played the mogrt in my main project timeline I saw that the mogrt instead played the clip that I had put in there at the start of the entire clips timecode and not at the point to which I edited it to start at. I know this can work I’ve done it in older editions of adobe. So what’s happening here?
