mogrt slow, what am I doing wrong?

Hello.  I'm a new member, but I've been using premiere pro for some time now.

I make videos about poker.  I've attached a photo of my videos, particularly when I do hand poker hand analysis.  I have a lot of graphics going by way of a custom mogrt (photo also attached).

I have seperate texts in many different areas of the screen.  To make text appear and disappear on command, I make cuts in the mogrt, and then simply turn off visibility to the text I want to disappear, or I change the text when bets are placed, stack size/pot size changes.  I make a lot of cuts to the mogrt.

The way I edit isn't common, so I can't find any information on the internet about how to do this, all self taught.

The problem I'm having is this:  When I cut my main mogrt, and then click on the section on the right to open editing in "essential graphics" it can take 20 seconds + every time i do this for the mogrt to load into essentail graphics.  This is killing me.  I had multiple mogrts before, but I consolidated them all into one mogrt with all text organized into groups.  This made it slower, way way slower.

Is there any way I could do this differently?  Am I doing something wrong?  How can I remedy this?

PS, I'm not editing on a 10 year old laptop.  I have a gaming pc, 32 GB ram, 3060 graphics card, etc.  No problem on computer end as far as I know.
