Mogrt works for some but not others

I have created an intro animation mogrt for my team. Running AE2024 and PP 2024. It has some fairly complicated expression work and sliders, but nothing crazy. I'm am working on an M1 MacBook Pro.

I shared it with two team members who have the same laptop and they get a black screen when they bring it into PP. It works fine for me in premiere. Another team member on a PC says it works fine for him.

I even created a new project and rebuilt it from scratch and it still doesn't work for some team members.

Ok, then maybe the crash log can help us. If they can repro the crash, can they please add the email so I can find it in your crash database?

The project are local. They download the mogrt from Teams and then install in locally. Their scratch disks are also local to the laptops.

Thanks for that. So in the first video I can see Premiere Pro crashing. In the second video the recording stops shortly after adding the Mogrt. It just stays black?

Is it correct that the project is on OneDrive?

Does this also happen with a local project with the Scratch Disk for the Motion Graphics templates being local as well?

Both are running Premiere 24.0.3 (Build 2) in English. I shared the MOGRT over Microsoft Teams. Here are two screen captures one causes PP to crash, the other flashes media offline briefly and then goes black.

I had a bunch of people testing your Mogrt on different Macs. The Mogrt rendered fine everywhere. So, we need to dig a little deeper.

Is there anything that you can think of that is different on those machines aside from the OS? Are they all running the same version of Pr? Same language?

How did you share the Mogrt?

Would it be possible to see a screen recording of the failure?
