Monoscopic / stereoscopic view problem with premiere pro

Hello there!

I'm hoping that someone here can shed some light on my problem.

I have used a canon R5, with an RF dual fisheye lens to produce a videoclip.

I want to export this videoclip as a monoscopic view clip, so that I can upload it to youtube so that it will have this exact look : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5GBpYANzvgE

I want a monoscopic view, because you need to be able to see and explore this clip on a regular screen.

I've tried for hours trying to figure out how to do this but unfortunately I have not figured it out. 

No matter what I do, the clip remains in stereoscopic view (side by side).

I've tried to : Mark the clip -> sequence -> sequence settings and change the layout to monoscopic, but nothing happens

I've tried to : Right click the clip in the project browser -> modify -> interpret clip -> vr properties -> and conform to monoscopic layout, but it doesn't work either.

Any idea what I could do here??
