Montserrat text across all my Premier Pro project has become bold and large

Hi all,

Apologies if this is a common issue and answered elsewhere but I couldnt find a solution.

I opened my Premier Pro a few hours ago to find that in every project I am working on, where I have used Montserrat font to show text over a film clip, the text has become larger and bold. I have this issue across all my Premier Pro files, and it is currently impacting over 100 hours of work.

Can anyone tell me how to get the font to revert to its original settings across all my projects? Due to the volume of work its not practical to go back through each project and correct each line of text that has been impacted.
