Morph never even renders

So you cannot just post a question here easily any more you have to job through hoops just to post a question. Adobe how do you live with yourself. Insanely poor experience. I have the latest version of Premiere and the Morph transition not only never starts the analyzing it never finishes either. When you do a search you get posts from 8 to 10 years ago with no ability to filter based on date! How does this get past your QA???? you are a software company how do you not understand how insane this is. I am not trouble shooting software from 10 years ago, nobody is.
