Motion array fail to download

Since the Premiere Pro update, my Motion Array isnt working. Ive deleted the Motion Array and reinstalled it, but nothing is working.

    It is best to contact Motion Array, or downgrade a version until they update their panel

    No I had to revert back to the older version of PP...smh. Spend too much money for this!

    Sorry about that. Are you talking about their content panel? I would contact Motion Array for any updates then. Their support should be able to assist you with their product not functioning.
