Motion array presets not previewing or working

Transition presets are not working on my premier and its affecting my work, they are just not previewing please can someone help?

Best to contact the template creator on Motion Array,

but as a previous Motion Array producer experience, It could be

related to many reasons:

check in the project description the size in pixels, is it the same as your sequence?

presets could be made using software only renderer, as this is required by all

Motion Array creators to avoid GPU related issues from the end user side, so maybe

switch to software only renderer if applicable.
