Motion Graphic (.mogrt) Not Working—File Format not supported

Hello, A few days ago now I brought a "Motion Graphic Template- MOGRT" from "abobe Pr" so I can make it the intro to my videos.

My problem is, that when I drag it into my edited video it doesn't play, When I drag it from the Library it doesn't play; I get a blank screen and sometimes if I'm lucky I get a frozen bit of graphic.

It's frustrating because it cost me $30NZD to get it!!!!!!!!

Sometimes when I add it, it says "Error Message

                                                      File Format not supported."

How do I change the format to make it work?

Do I down load something?

I am not tec savy so if you can let me know in laymans terms that would be amazing!!!

My Lap Top is an HP, windows 10, 2 years old.

Kind Regards

    B-E,

Where did you purchase or download the .mogrt from? Sounds like it might be an older one with video footage in it that might not be supported any longer. Give us a bit more detail, like the title or any reference number of the .mogrt and we'll solve this, I am sure.

    Thanks,
    Kevin

First you have to talk to the seller to give you support for the product that has sold you, surely somewhere should have said the minimum tech spec and what Premiere Pro version needs to use that template.
