Motion Graphics CAN'T be shared within Team Project

My small business has Adobe Premiere CC for teams and when we are working on projects together, different collaborators can not see the Motion Graphics used by another member of the team.  For example, if I have a typography motion graphic in a sequence, when my team member opens it, there is just a placeholder because their Premiere can not find the referenced file.  All of our files are shared on the Creative Cloud server so we are all referencing the same files.  Not being able to share Motion Graphics is defeating the purpose of having a Team membership. Please help thanks!
