Motion Graphics (Essential Graphics) Asset deleted

Hi there. 
By mistake I deleted a PNG-file of an asset I used in Premiere. 

I can't remember the name of it, it was original Adobe. 

Can I download and reinstall?

 

I am looking forward to reading your hints.

It was all standard.

Problem is solved: by mistake I deleted the external folder that contained the required PNG.

I began from scratch, that solved the problem.

If you cannot remember the name how do we suppose to know.............

Look in auto save or older project to jog your memory.

You can always reinstall.
