Motion Graphics Template Error (Placement of the Graphic Renders Off Screen)

Wondering if anyone has had this issue with their MOGRT files or can advise how to fix?

When I drop a MOGRT template from my essential graphics panel onto my timeline it shows up fine (templates are ones I've used & exported successfully before)

Now, in my program panel, once I render or try to export any of my templates they either render off screen, or in the very bottom right - despite coming into the project showing as centered.

Haven't seen this before & not sure how to correct? Also, I've tested purchased templates of mine from different sources, and all do the same thing when I bring them on the timeline & try to render or export - they show up bottom right / or off screen. When I attempt to change the position however or keyframe, it shows that the template is still centered on program monitor... I just can't get it to export that way.

Any advice on how to correct would be appreciated.

I was having the a similar issue.

Selecting "Scale to Frame Size" was my solution.

How about you "Scale to Frame Size"? That should work

Ok will do, I'll give that a try & as you mentioned, switching to Software Only def. seems to fix.

Thank you for sharing your mogrts and screenshots. From your screenshots I saw that you have scaled down the mogrt to 50%. If I do so, I can repro. This is a known issue we are working on. As a workaround you can switch to Software Only until this gets resolved or change the mogrt in After Effects so it has the right size.

I appreciate the help! I wasn't actually scaling down though, it just came onto my timeline set at 50 (I do see what you mean where it's not 100 scale) because my default media scaling was "set to frame size."

Turned that off & now I see how big the default media is.

So this causes the issue? Thank you & I'll switch to software only for rendering as that seems easier than trying to adjust in AE & glad to know the issue is being worked on. Thanks for all the testing & support.

What are the frame sizes of your sequence and your exports?

1920 x 1080. Without even exporting, when I render it goes to the bottom right though
I just tried clearing my cache & restarting project, same result though cannot get it to stay centered

Just double checking:

1. What is the sequence size?

2. What is the video preview size?

3. What is the size of the mogrt (did you need to scale it?)

What happens if you turn off GPU rendering and set to Software Only? (Project Settings/General)
