Motion Graphics Template files not supported?
Greetings community,
Recently, I have created a title screen for a video I would like to export as Motion Graphics Template. I used to have no problem doing this at all, but I have run into a strange problem as of late. The graphic is nothing more than words growing in scale. Simple. However, besides the fact that the software freezes 90% of the time, it's not letting me import Motion Graphic Templates; a file in which I thought was native to Adobe programs. I managed to slightly succeed when I got one template to export, but now I when I go through the steps to install it, it presents me with two problems:
1) The interface goes back to normal, as if nothing happened. When I go to install again, it tells me that the template has been installed and asks if I want to overrite it. Even though I still don't see it.
2) When going about other ways to get the template installed, it tells me that .mogrt files are NOT supported. I will also go to File > Import and when I click to change "All Supported Media" to "Motion Graphics Template", it's as if my file is not even there. when I CLEARLY see it.
How/why can I create something in Premiere Pro that isn't even useful to me or my colleagues? Please, somebody, make it make sense.
