Question

Motion Graphics Template Import error. "Unknown Error" as per adobe

Hello, I'm new to Premiere Pro 2024. I was learning how to edit videos, and when I reached the part about installing Motion Graphics, I started having issues exporting to the timeline. A warning began to appear, saying, "Unknown Error while loading the Motion Graphic template." This error didn't occur until today. I've already cleared the cache, changed the location where the program saves the cache, reinstalled, deleted plugins, shortened the folder paths, allocated 13GB of RAM to Premiere. I've tried so many things that haven't worked. I need help solving this error (Some Motion Graphics I installed won't work, and even the ones that come with the program don't work). (sorry abt my broke eng)

Hi @Miriam21978127nq5w ! I tried the Mogrt as well and had no issue on my end. If you see this happening again, please share in this thread and we'll try to get to the bottom of it!

Hey Miriam, I gave it a try on both pp 24.6.1 and Beta 25.1.0 B10, It worked in both. First try in beta was a bit shakey, but it was basically working. Well it's working for you now, all's well. 🙂

<<[I] changed the location where the program saves the cache>>

OH, unless there is a good reason for moving the cache, I would leave it where PP expects it. Especially while you are new to the software.

Carry on!! 🙂

Where did the MOGRT come from? Are you able to share it here so we can take a look?

Hello! Most of the MOGRTs I downloaded are from Mixkit and Motion Array! Here are the files I need to use, but I always get the 'Unknown Error.'
I wasn't able to upload the .Mogrt file itself, but here’s the link to what I'm trying to use.

One more thing to add: yesterday, I was editing and experiencing this issue. This morning, I decided to go back and test the MOGRT again, and it gave me the same error. So, I decided to edit without using the MOGRT for now. A few hours later, after finishing the editing, I decided to try using the MOGRT again, and it worked perfectly. Could this be a configuration issue? Something I changed? Or maybe even a computer setting?
