Motion GRAPHICS Templates: having a problem using it

I download a motion graphic but when I type in special keyword nothing works and everytime I try to drag in free motion graphics templates I get a censor sign, what am I doing wrong? I need help please. How do I use motion graphic templates on Premire pro? send a video example so that I know what I'm trying to do

Hola, muchas veces se dan problemas de compatibilidad por que el software no esta actualizado. Aquio te dejo un tutorial de como hacerlo correctamente:
