motion graphics upload error

i get the error above every time i try and put a motion graphic on one project timeline in premier pro. i already have after effects 2024 installed. 

ive re-exported the graphic from the 2024 version and still doenst work. 

but i only get the error on one project. i can import it to another project, with no problem

why am i getting this error for only 1 project?
