Mouse Cursor Dissapearing whenever i use tools that change cursor

Have my issue since the last Windows Update. I dont want to go back to the last update bc i lose a bit of my data. Any fixes?

I, too, am expiencing the issue of my mouse pointer / cursor disappearing in InDesign and Premeire Pro. I have the latest versions of each and I also am a Windows insider that recently updated the latest Windows 11 preview and I have powertoys installed.
