Mouse cursor suddenly dissappears

Mouse cursor suddenly and randomly dissapeared/became invisible while using Premiere Pro but hovering over elements and clicking still worked.

Cursor is visible on the task bar or any other Program outside of Premiere, but dissapears the second the mouse is inside the program window again.

The problem only dissappeared when I restarted Premiere and I was not able to replicate this error.
