Mouse not working in timeline

Hi, I have i5- 11400f and GTX 1650 and I use PR it worked perfectly but today suddenly, my mouse stopped working, I am hovering, no response, I am selecting, but nothing is happening, I am moving the play head, nothing is still happening, what should I do.
