MOV and AVI out of sync

Hello

I encountered a sync difficulty.

In Premiere Pro CS6 I imported 19 AVI films. Campus Codec HQ CUVC.

When played the audio is out of sync. The speaker would say something and then the words would follow frames later.

I then imported the 19 films in MOV format.  Codec Mepg4 /mp4v. The video and audio with MOV films were out of sync.

I then played the AVI in VLC media player. The video was out of sync.

I then played the MOV films in VLC - they were in sync.

I then capture a segment of a MOV film that is in sync to upload here in this message.

However, the captured (snag it) video segment - was out of sync?  Though the video played fine in VLC player - the captured segment failed to carry over the sync. For whatever happened I lost the sync during the video capture.

Summation in Premiere Pro MOV and AVI out of Sync.

In VLC media player AVI out of sync; MOV in sync.

I need help to fix these films for publication.

Thanks!
