MOV Conundrum
Hello
I am working on a .Mov file. The video is 20 minutes. I did a color edit, then rendered. After rendering I then did export using h.264 / preset YouTube HD. In Media Encorder the queue is - encoding time remaining 17 hours. Usually in past experiences encoding for a one hour film has been around one hour.
I elected to save then exited from Adobe and restarted the computer.
I again exported using h.264 / preset YouTube HD. After running the queue for 7 hours I discovered that there is 30 hours remaining?
What's to do? I was thinking after reading article that I could export using:
DNxHR / DNxHD MXF OP1a with preset: DNxHP HQ 2k 24
I don't know....
Is it .mov that I am misunderstanding? In the past all editing work with Premiere Pro has been using AVI and MOV and MP4 to edit in preparation for upload to YouTube.
Thanks for any advise.
