Mov Files Too Big

So i've got a video project that i have to work on each month and the person who projects the videos needs them rendered/saved as .mov files with uncompressed audio. However when i seem to be rendering them out (have used both Premiere Pro & Media Encoder using his settings) the files still seem to be rendering at a size of around 1GB+, is there anyway of me reducing the file sizes when rendering as i know this is possible when rendering as .MP4; I'm also working off a macbook air if that helps as the file sizes being smaller would be much more useful for the minimal space on the laptop.

Can you give us more information? Video frame size, length of project? Nowadays 1GB is not a huge video file.

The frame size is 1280x720 and the length of the projects tend to be a maximum of 4 minutes.

If you want smaller filesize cut down the bitrate.
