Moving the audio less than a frame in Premiere Pro cs6

My video and audio is just a tiny bit out of sync, but regardless of what I do I don't seam to be able to move the audio less than a frame. I was able to change the mark in point less than a frame, but when I drag the audio in to the project it always lands in the same spot. What should I do? It doesn't seam to be possible to turn of the time units once the audio is imported. I've already edited the video quite a lot, so I don't want to import the video again.

I can't remember which version it came in but you should be able to switch the timeline display to Audio time units.
