Moving the audio panel

Question

I normally keep the audio level panel (panel that shows the volume of the left and right speakers) to the right of the sequence panel in a veritcal position.  I think that is the default when you start a new project.  But somehow I unintentionally moved it to a horizontal position under the sequence panel and CANNOT figure out how to put it back without moving everything else.  I'm sure it is a simple fix.  Please help

The menu option "reset to saved layout" will probably do that.

There's a couple small panels, this and the Tools panel, that are hard to move. You have to have the cursor over the precise invisible spot where you can click to grab the panel header.
