Moving timeline 10 frames left/right

Hello Users,

I Hope you can help me I have searched for several hours and I cant solve the problem.

I want to work with a preset. for that I have 2 clips. In the middle of both clips

I have to go 10 frames to the left and cut it, same goes with the other clip.

Normally it works with Shift+Left to move 5 frames to the elft but it doesnt.

Ps: I dont need to move the clip, just the timeline to get the right cut.

did you accidentally enable audio time units?

Check and see if something was changed in your keyboard shortcuts:

Edit > Keyboard preferences

If you don't find anything, reset the preferences:

Already did. I even reset it for cs6 and cc2017.

It moves for a view miliframes. f.e. from 25.774 to 25.775 sec after pessing it several times.
