Moving Timeline Markers

Premiere's markers have a lot of improving to do unless I've really missed something.

While the Track Select tool is nice, if you use it, your timeline markers do not move correspondingly.  As a result, the Track Selection tool is pretty worthless to me.  Is there a way to move timeline markers in relation to the timeline when you use the Track Select tool that I'm just not seeing?

If I put markers on clips (instead of timeline markers), they don't show up in the Markers Window.  They only show up if you put the clip in the source window.   I want to put a marker on my shot number clips so I can easily navigate to them,  but the fact that these don't show up in the Markers Window makes navigating to a specific shot quickly more cumbersome.

I color my markers based on what they are for.  However, I can't export just that one color.  If I go to the Markers Window and select that color or filter it by words, the markers show up but when I export that filtered list, it exports all markers.  Is there a way to export the filtered markers?

By the same token, is there a way to select at one time all the markers of a particular color?  Is there a way to delete all the markers of a particular color?

Avid's markers seem a lot more user friendly and flexible.
