.MP4 Exports won't play correctly on mobile devices

Hi All,

Until a few days ago I could export .MP4, send to my phone and place straight onto Instagram etc. 

Two days ago the files sent to mobile devices won't play correctly. The actual video appears to be seperated in the screen and has a green haze over the exports. The videos can be opened on Android devices with the issue, Apple devices won't open the files. 

The videos play as you'd expect on desktops, Macs, Vimeo etc etc.

I thought this may have been an issue with the driver or the mercury playback options but that doesn't seem to be the case.

Any suggestions?
