Mp4 video looks

Hi - I have a problem with videos in both Premiere Pro and After effect. Import - and they looks totally cracy. Like tilted 45 degree.  Have downgraded Nvidia (RTX 3070) to recommended (actually I upgraded trying to solve the problem, so problem was there before.)

Have tried to reinstall, clear memory etc. Nothing helps...any ideas ?  (tried to find contact to Adobe,- but absolutly not possible to find....)  It do not crash, just looks this strange:

    Thanks Ann for help 🙂   The files showed up perfectly else in other programs. Got help from support (2 hours) - total clean install of all Adobe (Really clean) -  now it works.  🙂

      What is the origin of these files? Codec issue?

      Might need to rewrap or convert.
