MP4 Videos Captured from Geforce Experience and Elgato HD60S

Hello..
Recently i started recording gameplay from my computer via an Elgato HD60S.
If i'm capturing from PC i use the mode in Geforce Experience to record footage..
Normally the Elgato is ok, and i record mainly from a Nintendo Switch with the Elgato.
Although normally at the start of the recording there is a Glitch or Jolt in the recording..
But overall video i capture from the Switch seems to be ok..  and is in sync during editing and after rendering.

As of late.. i have been playing a bit more on the PC, and then importing into Premiere Pro, i have used PP for many years and dont normally get problems, but i am noticing now that although the footage seems ok on previewing the edit, it is not always aligned with the audio..
So i manually drag the video separate and audio too singually to the time line, and line up the audio that way, sometimes i have a 10-15 minute clip and have to break it up into three sections just so i can get all the audio synchronised... which is a pain...

Sometimes ill edit a little bit and get it lined up nice, and then render in the project, and all is ok on playback, then after rendering to a final video for upload, there are parts not right again.

Ive never known PP be a problem like this..
I capture at 60FPS in the Elgato AND the Geforce Exp.. Although the Geforce Exp has a few weird settings.. like to record as 'In game' or 720p or 1080p... and that can be confusing.

Generally the Nintendo Switch footage seems fine, in edit and after, but the PC footage is giving me these problems, it seems that when i capture PC footage, whether via the Geforce Exp, or with the Elgato, that the audio is out of line... im am confused as to why, i have tried looking up the problem online and in google, and on YouTube, but people with similar problems talking about it are going back 5, 6, or 7 years ago... obviously Adobe PP has changed alot in that time... Hence why im posting this here now... I saw a YT video from months ago but it wasnt the same problem..

Can anyone here help or advise ?  As to why AFTER aligning my audio up, that on the final video it still manages to mis-align itself...

Are there codecs? or an update? or ANYTHING to help fix this?
I started using the media encoder rather than just exporting out of PP lately, im sure that doesnt effect it though.
I always clear unused videos and clear the media cache too..
I did read that the PEAK files can sometime scause problems, so here and there i have deleted those and let the footage regenerate on opening the project.

Thanks

ALSO.. The MP4 files captured from the Geforce Exp, ARE OK.. on playing them back after recording, they ARE in sync perfectly.. Which led me to believe it was maybe more of a PP issue.. ??
